How Our Snow Removal Service Works

At OnSite Property Services, our goal is to make winter snow removal simple, reliable, and stress-free for our residential customers. Our 2026–2027 seasonal snow removal service runs from November 1, 2026 through April 1, 2027. Once you sign up and your contract is accepted and payment is received, your property is placed on our seasonal service route.

We operate on a 1-inch snowfall dispatch trigger. When snowfall reaches approximately 1 inch, our team begins dispatching crews to service our customers. You do not need to call us every time it snows — we monitor winter weather and dispatch when the 1-inch trigger is reached.

Our standard service includes clearing your driveway and designated sidewalks and walkways included in your agreement. During larger storms or extended periods of snowfall, service timing may vary as our crews work through the route and continue servicing properties as conditions develop.

Depending on the service package selected, additional passes may be included for situations such as continued snowfall, snow that blows back into previously cleared areas, and city plow ridges. Your specific service package and included passes are outlined in your individual agreement.

Each seasonal agreement includes snow removal coverage for up to 50 inches of total snowfall during the contract season. Snowfall beyond the included 50 inches, as well as any services or circumstances not included in your selected package, will be handled according to the terms and conditions of your Snow Removal Service Agreement.

Our team uses professional snow removal equipment and has upgraded our equipment and snow removal operation for the 2026–2027 season. We are preparing for another busy North Dakota winter and are committed to providing dependable service throughout the season.

Simply sign up, accept your contract, and complete your payment — then leave the snow to us.

How Seasonal Plans and Early Signups Work

You will notice the difference in winter access when your driveway is cleared early in the morning before you need to leave, rather than waiting until midday or trying to shovel through heavy snow yourself. OnSite Property Services monitors weather conditions during active storms and schedules service based on snowfall totals and forecasted accumulation, so your property is cleared when it matters most.

After each clearing, your driveway and walkways will be open enough for vehicles to pass and foot traffic to move safely, with snow pushed to edges where it does not interfere with sightlines or mailbox access. Early bird specials are available for homeowners who sign up before winter begins, locking in service and pricing before the first snow falls. Neighbor discounts apply when adjacent homes enroll together, reducing costs for both properties while making service more efficient.

Homeowners often ask about service timing, pricing structures, and how much snow needs to fall before clearing begins, especially when signing up for the first time.

Why do seasonal plans cost less than per-storm service?

Seasonal contracts allow for better route planning and guaranteed service, which reduces administrative costs and lets those savings pass to customers who commit before winter starts.

When should I sign up for winter service?

What happens if snow continues falling after the driveway is cleared?

Ongoing storms may require additional passes depending on accumulation rates, and seasonal plans typically cover multiple clearings during extended snowfall events.
